Here is a list of the most common requested type of logistics plans:
Heavy Equipment
Heavy equipment is in a class of its own. Cranes, forklifts, modular transporters, excavators, etc....The largest type of equipment being moved around a jobsite creates hazards in and of itself. Planning equipment staging is a big part of what we do. For example, we can plan entry points for cranes, on site staging areas, transport into unit areas, and plan for any support vehicles or cranes associated with it.
Contractor Parking areas
Plan for how the area can be laid out to maximize the space for parking, pedestrian travel routes, and tram stations.
Contractor Equipment and Tool Staging
Tool trailers, trucks, utility trailers, and generators, can all be modeled to scale and planned to fit.
Portable toilet / Drinking water stations / Lunch and break area facilities
Minimize downtime and heat related injuries by planning adequate bathroom and water stations strategically placed around the work site. By pre-planning lunch tent areas, adequate pedestrian routes can be planned to minimize vehicle traffic interaction.
Evacuation Routes
Our largest client base is the petrochemical industry. Before any workers are brought on site, a plan to safely evacuate everyone in an emergency event is always in place. We can help create layouts and plans that make perfect printouts and posters so that everyone knows where to go in an emergency.
